Our Receptionists are responsible for providing our guests with an exceptional first impression in our sales department.Essential Functions:Greets all clients in a friendly and timely mannerAnswers phones in a friendly and timely mannerTakes messages or deliver calls to voicemail when the appropriate member is unavailableAnswers questions about dealership and provides callers with address, directions, and other informationGreets clients and visitors, obtain name and nature of business and introduce them to the appropriate memberMaintains fax machines, assists users, sends faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxesCreates, prints and distributes documents such as fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, and reportsPerforms clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, typing proofreading, and data entryDiffuses client concerns and directs them to the appropriate member for helpProvide administrative support to management, other departments and employeeOther Duties: Job description is not designed to cover a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time.Minimum Qualifications/Skills:High School Diploma or General Education Diploma; and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasksStrong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook)Professional appearance and work ethicSelf-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environmentSupervisory Responsibilities:This role has no supervisory responsibilities.Work Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.Physical Demands:Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions.
