We are looking for a responsible, bilingual, self-motivated individual who wants to be the star of our patient satisfaction team. You will welcome, check in and provide that extra customer experience in one of our 15 busy clinics.Other duties will include:Greet, check in and check out patients. Capturing insurance and other key information, scanning documents as needed and collecting co-pays.You will stay in frequent communication via chat, phone and email with our clinical staff and insurance/billing staffEssential technical skills that will make you successful in this role include:Bilingual requiredSkill with multitasking in a fast-paced environmentQuick and accurate keyboarding and data entry skills. Simultaneously use multiple computer systems/screens to communicate and input informationSkill/ability with efficient computer use including browsers, multiple windows/tabs, scanners, etc.Warm demeanor and personality while engaging with patients and staff. Be the welcome committee with a smileAbility to develop and maintain effective work relationships in a high-paced, sometimes high-stress environmentAbility to be on time, alert, ready for work and to make a difference for our patientsValid Texas Driver's license with a minimum of 3 years of clear driving historyAdditional DetailsSchedules assigned by supervisor on a monthly basisThis position does require travelHourly pay (FLSA non-exempt, eligible for overtime)Pay range: $18- $22 / hr (depends on experience level)Physical RequirementsAbility to see and hear patients and coworkersAbility to speak loud enough for patients to hearAbility to operate computer devices continually during the work dayAbility to stand for several hours at a time
