If you pride yourself on professionalism, hospitality and exceptional phone etiquette, we encourage you to apply for our Receptionist position!About the RoleAs a Receptionist at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will serve as the initial point of contact for residents, family members, vendors and guests visiting our community. The Receptionist provides exceptional customer service and hospitality by supporting administrative tasks as needed and contributing to a welcoming and safe environment. The ideal candidate has prior experience answering a multi-line phone system and working in a professional environment where confidentiality is required.Your Typical ResponsibilitiesGreet residents, visitors and staff warmlyManage and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and professionallyAddress inquiries and requests promptly, reliably and confidentially with empathy and dignityLog and coordinate distribution of packages as appropriateCollaborate with various departments to promote effective communicationMonitor community access by ensuring proper use of the kiosk sign-in process and respond to emergency situations according to company policy and procedureAssists the Concierge with maintaining the resident transportation scheduled and managing event RSVPs and guest meal reservationsMaintain an organized workspace to promote efficiency and preserve first appearance impressionsMake hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interactionA Career You Can Be Proud OfPurpose-driven work that makes a lasting differenceCareer growth programs and investment in your professional developmentA stable, award-winning company known for industry leading excellenceComprehensive benefits available that support your health, wellbeing and futureSupportive teams where diversity is celebrated and appreciatedMinimum QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalentProven experience with a multi-line phone system with demonstrated professional phone etiquetteDemonstrated proficiency utilizing software applications to perform job-related tasksMust be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written EnglishDemonstrates initiative with advanced critical thinking skillsProven administrative and organizational skill setProfessional, pleasant and team oriented attitudeConsistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the communityPlease note that the above Responsibilities and Qualifications provide a general overview of the primary duties for this role and the basic qualifications.
