Receptionist Opportunity At Albany Ent & Allergy ServicesDo you have excellent organization and customer service skills? Can you multi-task in a busy environment? If so, Albany ENT & Allergy Services is looking for you!Albany ENT & Allergy Services is seeking a full-time receptionist to join the team. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression and providing a quality patient experience. Performing administrative and customer service-related tasks including check-in, appointment scheduling, and verifying insurance. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a customer service background. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow as a professional!RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a medical office preferred.Proficient computer skills including the ability to master the office's software.Critical thinking skills, a positive attitude, and consistent professional conduct.Excellent written and verbal communication skills required as well as interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.CompensationThe compensation range for this position is $18.00 to $21.00.
