Now Hiring: Receptionist / Shipping ClerkWe are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist / Shipping Clerk to join our team in the Indio area. This role combines front office responsibilities with shipping and logistics support, making it ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Reception Duties:Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone callsManage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception areaHandle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondenceShipping Clerk Duties:Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipmentsCoordinate pickups with carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.)Maintain shipping records and tracking informationVerify incoming shipments and assist with inventory controlEnsure accuracy in orders and documentationQualifications:Previous experience in receptionist, administrative, or shipping roles preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)Ability to multitask and stay organizedBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalentWork Environment:Office and warehouse settingMay require standing, lifting, and light physical work (up to 25 lbs)
