We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.Qualifications:Communication and interpersonal skills.Organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.Driven and professional, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Prior sales experience highly preferred.About Our Agency:Since 2013, our agency has been a top-performing office in Central Arkansas, achieving Million Dollar Round Table status and setting the standard for excellence.
