We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a receptionist. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.Compensation: $32,000.00 - $38,000.00 per yearResponsibilitiesGreet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QualificationsPrevious experience in a receptionist or customer service role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.About Our AgencyOur mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.We currently have 4 team members at our agency.We Look Forward to Speaking With YouState Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
