Receptionist PositionStonebriar Chevrolet is looking for a receptionist to join our growing team. The right candidate will be a team player with a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills. Day-to-day tasks will include initial communication with clients and administrative tasks. The right candidate will enjoy making customers feel welcome both personally and on the phone.Hours - Monday-Friday various. Saturday the hours can range between 8:30am-9:00pmBenefits:Fast-paced work environmentPaid trainingEmployee discountsCoffee barResponsibilities:Answer dealership group phones.Greet and receive prospects and customers.Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.Work cooperatively with the sales team.Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.Type reports.Issue plates and temp tagsAssist other departments with busy work.Requirements:Excellent communication skillsOutgoing and positive demeanorProfessional presentationPunctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibilityA clean driving record & valid driver’s licenseA professional appearanceMust be at least 18 years oldAbout Us:Since 2004 we've had the privilege of serving customers in our hometown of Frisco to customers all over the state!
