This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming, professional experience for our clients while providing administrative and tax-processing support to our team.The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable balancing multiple priorities, and enjoys being the person others can count on to keep things moving. This role combines traditional front-desk responsibilities with tax return assembly and document processing, particularly during busy tax seasons.What You'll DoServe as a first point of contact for BGM by greeting clients and visitors, answering incoming calls, and directing questions to the appropriate team memberReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and coordinate outgoing mail, FedEx, courier, and other deliveriesAssemble and prepare accurate, professional tax returns and related documents for client deliveryScan, organize, and process tax documents and other client informationHelp troubleshoot and resolve tax assembly questions in collaboration with team membersMaintain an organized and professional reception area and shared office spacesMonitor and restock office, café, and general suppliesAssist with administrative projects and maintain organized electronic and physical filing systemsUtilize Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and other Firm technology and softwareProvide additional administrative support to the team as needs ariseWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent required1–3 years of reception, front desk, administrative, or similar professional experiencePrevious experience in tax, accounting, financial services, or another professional services environment is a plusStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-service mindsetExcellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to follow established processes while knowing when to ask questions or seek clarificationStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to shift priorities as neededProactive, adaptable, and willing to jump in where neededComfortable using technology and learning new systems and processesWhat You'll Love About UsMake an Impact.
