Whether it's at the airport, stadium, or throughout your everyday life, CLEAR unlocks the magic of frictionless experiences.We're looking for a friendly, proactive, and organized Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our visitors, candidates, and team members in our Washington DC Headquarters. You'll create a welcoming, efficient, and professional front-desk experience while ensuring office operations run smoothly. This is a full-time, in-person position.What you'll do:Deliver a white-glove front desk experience to visitors, candidates, guests, and team membersOwn reception desk operations by managing calls, coordinating visitor access with building security, and optimizing meeting room logisticsOversee mail and package distribution to ensure timely and accurate deliveryCommunicate and coordinate with vendors and building management regarding office services, deliveries, and operational needsCoordinate daily office lunch orders and support meal setup and serviceManage weekly pantry operations, including ordering, restocking, and maintaining inventoryMaintain a tidy, organized, and fully-stocked reception area at all timesSubmit and track facilities requests with building management, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely mannerCoordinate and submit Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for vendors and onsite services as neededPartner with People Operations and Facilities on office operations and ad-hoc needsServe as an ambassador of CLEAR's culture to everyone who walks through our doorsHow you'll measure success:Accurate, timely visitor check-ins and seamless daily front desk operationsConsistent proactive support for visitors and office operations with positive internal and external feedback on the office and visitor experienceReliable onsite coverage and a consistently organized, stocked, and visitor-ready officeSmooth lunch and pantry operations with appropriate inventory and minimal wasteTimely communication and follow-through on deliveries, vendor needs, and building-related requestsWhat you're great at:Experience in a customer or consumer-facing environmentYou take pride in creating a positive first impression and delivering an exceptional experience for every visitor, candidate, and team memberHighly professional, responsive with a demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, in-person interactions and priorities with professionalismYou move quickly, stay organized, and have a strong sense of urgency so nothing slips through the cracksDetail-oriented and dependable when managing inventory, orders, deliveries, and administrative tasksYou thrive on new challenges and bring a no job is too big or too small mindset every dayComfortable communicating across teams and escalating issues appropriately to ensure a seamless office experienceAble to recognize when an issue requires escalation and follow through to ensure it is resolvedHow You'll be Rewarded:At CLEAR, we help YOU move forward - because when you're at your best, we're at our best. The base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR's salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance.
