Receptionist Position AvailableAvenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with thirteen locations across five states. We offer highly individualized treatment in a clean, modern, comfortable setting, spanning every level of care, including detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. Hours: 10am-6pm, Saturday and Sunday.What You'll Do:Perform all standard clerical duties (emailing, filing, photocopying, faxing, transcribing etc.)Monitor phones and voicemail, and route all calls and messages appropriatelyHandle all incoming and outgoing mail, as well as all UPS and Amazon shipmentsMaintain inventory and cleanliness of reception area, and re-stock office supplies as necessaryMaintain pharmacy copay log and record all paymentsPerform administrative errands as necessary, and any other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For:High School Diploma/ GED preferredMin. 1 year experience in treatment industry preferredIf in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and accountability at all timesWhy Join Us?Avenues features a rich, fulfilling workplace culture where each person is valued and greatness is pursued.
