We are all about providing fun and rewarding experiences for our team members, expanding our brand rapidly in our community, as well as throughout the country and in the world, looking for successful and motivated people who want to build a career that offers tangible growth opportunity.Position OverviewAs a Body20 Receptionist, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis! You will be an integral part of the success of a fast-paced fitness studio by providing best-in-class customer experiences while building relationships with Body20 members and the community.ResponsibilitiesGreet all clients, prospects and employees in a warm and welcoming mannerProvide superior customer service to current members and prospectsCheck members in, schedule appointments and answer membership questionsWork as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales and onboarding new members.Generate a monthly event calendar and participate in community events to promote the Body20 brandCreate 3-5 social media posts per monthAttend 1-2 outside events per monthRequirementsMinimum 1-3 years of experience in fitness, hospitality or customer serviceSaturday availability (7am-1pm)Ability to take 1-2 Body20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clientsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEnthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendlyPassion for health and wellnessStrong follow-up and organizational skillsCompensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourMost people know you only use 10% of your brain.
