Shore Shopping Plaza, Staten Island, NY 10314Midtown Manhattan district office: 366 W 31st St, New York, NY 10001Lower Manhattan Greenwich district office: 11 Greenwich St, New York, NY 10004Harlem district office: 5 W 125th St, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10027Bronx Licensing Center: 1350 Commerce Ave, Bronx, NY 10461Bronx district office: 696 East Fordham Rd, Bronx, NY 10458College Point district office: 30-56 Whitestone Expy, Flushing, NY 11354Springfield Gardens district office: 168-35 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11434Jamaica district office: st Ave, 2nd Floor, Jamaica, NY 11432License Express: 145 W 30th St, New York, NY 10001 (requires 1 full time employee)Job DutiesGreet and assist customers.Screen and process customer paperwork.Manage customer flow using the queuing system.Grade and record results of vision tests.Enter passing vision test results into the computer system.Provide guidance to customers using DMV kiosks.Capture customer photos for driver's licenses.Proctor various DMV tests.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to learn windows based applications, and vendor based application to issue eye exams, check in customers, and screen paperwork.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in a New York State Agency.Familiarity with DMV operations or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.Misc.
