Job description
Cox Automotive is hiring a Reconditioning Parts Installer II to support high-volume vehicle remarketing operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll inspect vehicles, remove damaged components, and install replacement parts to meet Cox and client standards. You’ll interpret work orders, use hand and power tools, and coordinate with technicians and paint/detail teams to keep units moving on schedule. The position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality procedures, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment within a collaborative, people-first culture.
