Recordings SpecialistOur client is seeking a Recordings Specialist to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional who takes pride in accuracy and follow-through. The Recordings Specialist is responsible for ensuring documents are properly prepared, submitted, and recorded in a timely manner. This position plays a critical role in the post-closing process, helping ensure smooth, compliant, and on-time transactions. The right candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.Responsibilities:Review and prepare recordable documents for accuracy and complianceSubmit documents for county recording and track completion statusCommunicate with title officers, lenders, agents, and clients to resolve recording issuesUpdate transaction systems with recording details and status updateQualifications:1+ year of experience in a title insurance recordings rolePost-closing experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience with SoftPro title software is a plusIdeal Candidate:Highly organized and detail-orientedDependable, proactive, and able to work independentlyCalm, adaptable, and able to manage changing prioritiesProfessional, ethical, and team-orientedBrings a solutions-focused, problem-solving mindset
