Records ClerkSnell & Wilmer, one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the Western United States, currently has an opening for a full-time Records Clerk in our Phoenix office.The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, in the office.You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Records team on a variety of projects.Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Enter and retrieve information using the firm's databases, using a high degree of accuracyMaintain an organized case room ensuring efficient and proper use of spacePerform quality control reviews of electronic documentsMaintain the confidentiality and security of client filesPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedExperience and Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years law firm records experience, preferredExcellent communication and relationship building skillsMust be proficient in the Microsoft office suiteMust be an energetic self-starter, who is detail oriented and able to prioritize and problem solve while providing excellent service to the attorneys and staffWorking knowledge of electronic file management systems specifically those that are cloud based, plusAbility to lift, handle and move boxes that weigh up to fifty poundsRequires frequent standing and sitting for extended periods of timeSnell & Wilmer offers a competitive performance-based compensation and a generous benefits package starting on your first day.
