If so, we want to hear from you!Position Description: Paszkiewicz Records Retrieval, an industry leader in records retrieval, is seeking to expand our records processing team. The right candidate must be flexible and be willing to adapt to changing work assignments. The primary responsibilities of the Records Representative are to send requests for various types of records and make detailed notes in our company database.Daily Duties:On siteMonday - FridayAccurately inputs requests into company databaseProduces professional and accurate correspondenceProofreads entries to ensure accuracy prior to submittingEffectively communicates with team to meet daily operational goalsAdheres to policies regarding confidentiality and sensitive documentsAbility to work in an organized and efficient manner in a fast-paced environmentQualifications:High school diploma requiredReliable team player and self-starter1-2 years of previous medical office or processing experience preferredProficient in computer skills and data entryBenefits:401k matchingEAPDentalVisionHealth InsuranceLife InsurancePaid holidaysPaid time off
