Job description
TRILOGY BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE in Chicago, IL is hiring a Recovery Counselor - Substance Use Specialist (ACT Phoenix) for full-time, on-site work. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm at 1400 W Greenleaf Ave, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
The role involves assessing clients’ medical, emotional, social and environmental needs, planning recovery, and connecting them with community resources to support treatment and harm-reduction goals.
