Job description
Paradigm Recovery Centers is seeking a Group Facilitator to deliver therapeutic and psychoeducational groups within ASAM 2.5 and 2.1 levels of care in a startup behavioral health setting.
The role focuses on group facilitation, curriculum delivery, documentation, teamwork, and program development, with emphasis on safety, boundaries, HIPAA, and recovery-oriented practice. Flexibility for daytime, evening, and occasional weekend hours is required.
