Job description
Recovery Centers Of America in New Jersey is seeking a Group Facilitator to deliver the Substance Abuse curriculum across residential and IOP programs and supervise A&D trainee staff. The role includes 15–20 one-hour groups per week and attending staff meetings and trainings.
Candidates should have an associate degree or higher, at least 2 years in a related setting, and New Jersey CADC or higher licensure, with excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and analytical skills to
