Job description
RWJBarnabas Health in Monmouth Medical Center is seeking a Recovery Specialist to provide non-clinical support and help develop recovery care plans. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and community partners to connect patients with recovery resources and educate them on recovery models.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, with at least four years of experience in recovery principles.
