Recovery Services Program ManagerClatsop Behavioral Healthcare (CBH) has moved most positions to a 4 day 9 hour work week with paid 30 minute lunches to promote a better work life balance. Wages have also been increased for our valued current and future employees.Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a full time Recovery Services Program Manager. The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the Substance Use Disorder team activity and functions. This includes outpatient substance use disorder treatment, drug treatment court, medication assistant treatment, and recovery ally services, including sober housing support services.Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Overall management and coordination of programs listed above, this includes managing and coordinating necessary referrals within and outside of the organization.Supervise the Medication Assisted Treatment Clinic.Work with Director of Recovery Services and CBH leadership on program growth and development, this includes curriculum oversight, implementation, increasing referrals and client base, community outreach and engagement.Supervise Recovery Ally Lead in managing and supporting the recovery ally/ peer support team. Provide needed oversight, supervision, and support to Recovery Ally Team LeadOversee Recovery Ally responsibilities and SUD services connected to CBH supported sober living facilities. This includes managing, processing and screening referrals, assisting to resolve resident conflict, ensuring clinical curriculum is implemented and followed. Ensure clinical services are efficacious. Engage community partners in process and conversation related to sober living units when necessary. Facilitate Agate House Committee meetings and process.Provide individual and group supervision to team members. Supervision includes clinical standards of care, documentation compliance, caseload/utilization management, productivity, and credential supervision if applicable.Maintain record/documented supervision notes of all assigned staff, ensure appropriate and timely storage of all notes. Ensure access of notes to appropriate supervisor.Develop work schedules; approve timecards.Facilitate and/or participate in regular team and leadership meetings.Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of the profession.Facilitate the handling of crisis response, for in clinic situations. Work in partnership with the OP MH Program Manager to ensure the clinician of the day schedule is up to date, implemented and effective.Manage, update, and submit all reports required for SUD programs on time.Work in partnership with all CBH program managers and provide backup coverage as needed.Ensure supervised staff are following all work compliance and performance expectations, utilize progressive discipline as needed and in partnership with CBH HR Director and Director of Intensive Services.Provide direct services and coverage for assigned programs as needed.Secondary DutiesAssist in recruiting and hiring for open agency positions as needed.Other duties as assigned.Education/Experience Requirements:CADC IIKnowledge or ability to learn about Medicaid, Oregon Health Authority (OHA), and related State and Federal health care regulations to include Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) and statutes.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail, highly organized.Knowledge of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the importance of maintaining confidentiality.Ability to pass a criminal background check.Have and maintain an Oregon or Washington Driver's license and meet the agency's insurance standards.Preferred:Bilingual (Spanish - 10% bilingual bonus)The above statements are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills.CBH offers an exceptional BENEFIT package.For full time employees, benefits include: Medical (minimal premium cost to employee), Dental (Employer Paid), Vision (employer paid), 403(b) Retirement (fully vested 5% employer contribution after 1 year of employment), Life Insurance (Employer Paid), Short-term Disability (Employer Paid), and Employee Assistance Program. PTO accumulation starts at hire and is available for use as accumulated. Employees are eligible for elective training reimbursement of ($1000/yr for unlicensed clinicians and $1500/yr for licensed clinicians.) CBH also offers sabbatical of 176 hours after 10 years of service and annual elective training fund that includes 40 paid hours for training.
