Job description
BHN in Western Massachusetts is hiring for shift-based care roles serving women in recovery. You will monitor medications, perform hourly safety checks, document accurately, and support a recovery-focused environment built on structure, safety, and empathy.
Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, strong compassion, basic computer skills for email and documentation, and a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle for occasional transportation.
