Job description
Case Manager — Residential Recovery Program
Collingswood , NJ| $25/hour | Full-Time
Make a real difference in people's recovery journeys. As a case manager with Chimes' Residential Recovery Program, you'll walk alongside residents as they rebuild daily living skills, work toward independence, and create healthier futures — all in a small, supportive team environment with a manageable caseload of 4–5 residents.
Shifts Available
Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM with rotating weekends
What You'll Do
Guide residents through daily living skills — self-care, budgeting, and medication education
Provide supportive, recovery-oriented counseling grounded in best practices
What You'll Bring
Associate's degree with 1 year of human services experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience
Strong communicator who thrives both independently and on a team
A compassionate, flexible, recovery-oriented mindset
Comfort managing a small caseload (4–5 residents)
Valid driver's license and willingness to transport residents
