Job description
Lutheran Social Services is seeking Recovery Support Staff to provide compassionate, client-centered support to adults in recovery within residential and community-based programs. In this role, you will assist with daily living skills, offer encouragement, monitor safety, and help clients follow their recovery and treatment plans. Working as part of an interdisciplinary team, you will document services, support groups and activities, and promote a trauma-informed, culturally responsive environment. This position is ideal for those called to mission-driven work, social justice, and helping individuals build stability and wellness.
