Job description
Join Marriott International, Inc as a Recreation Experience Expert in our Recreation Operations team within the Hospitality & Travel industry. You’ll design and host engaging on‑property activities, guide guests through recreational experiences, and promote hotel amenities with warm, anticipatory service. Responsibilities include scheduling and leading programs (poolside, fitness, kids, cultural and local excursions), ensuring safety and compliance, managing equipment and setup, and responding to guest feedback. You’ll collaborate with front desk and operations teams to elevate the overall stay and reflect Marriott’s people‑first, inclusive culture.
