Summary
This position is located at various FMWR Alaska facilities, including the Birch Hill Ski & Snowboard Area, Chena Bend Golf Course, City Center, Fryar Field House, Fryar Fitness Center, Last Frontier Community Activity Center, Outdoor Recreation, Melaven Fitness Center, Warrior Zone, and Wolf's Lair. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
Responsibilities
Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints.
Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instruction, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc.
Plans, conducts, publicizes and arranges support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions.
May provide work guidance to other staff.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Possess at least six (6) months of work or volunteer experience that involved dealing with the general public.
