What you bring:
A bachelor's degree (business, marketing, or finance preferred; all majors welcome)
0 to 4 years of work experience. Staffing experience is a plus, but not required; we'll teach you
Interest in sales as a long-term career, or some familiarity with sales fundamentals
Exposure to technology or technical roles, even as an end user
Experience in a metrics- or goal-driven setting (sales, retail, athletics, or similar) where you were accountable for results
Comfort with cold calling and high call volume. We use email, text, and InMail too, but our edge is connecting by phone
