We Need Recruiters! 100% Remote Based Anywhere in the U.S.
With new clients in the Civil Engineering and Legal Space specifically it's time to expand.
Even with the new fancy AI tools we have access to we still need people.
This isn't going to be for everyone.
If you need a cushy salary, then this won't be for you.
We need people who want to run their own recruiting desk.
Build their own recruiting practice if you so desire.
You don't need to do any business development as we have more than enough jobs for you to work on, with more to come in the future.
Not be micromanaged.
No corporate like BS to deal with.
Have unlimited earning potential!
Earn up to 70% on a placement fee.
Example if the placement fee for a candidate is $50,000 - your take is $35,000
We welcome all types to apply - experienced recruiters, those who have never recruited, etc.
However, we need people who are going to be all-in!
Not 1 foot in, 1 foot out.
