Temporary Staffing Recruiter
Location: Miami, Florida
Schedule: Hybrid, four days onsite and one remote day per week
Compensation:
Base salary plus commission
MOHR Talent is seeking a driven Temporary Staffing Recruiter who thrives in a fast-moving, results-focused environment. You will recruit and place candidates across temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities while building dependable talent pipelines for urgent client needs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a high level of daily activity and is motivated by fills, starts, placements, and measurable results.
What You’ll Do
Source, engage, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary and temp-to-hire positions.
Build pipelines of qualified candidates who are ready for immediate and upcoming opportunities.
Assess candidates’ experience, availability, compensation expectations, reliability, and overall fit.
Respond quickly to urgent and high-volume staffing needs.
Maintain consistent candidate communication before interviews, placements, and assignment starts.
Reengage strong candidates as assignments end.
Manage multiple openings, candidates, and start dates simultaneously.
Maintain accurate candidate activity and status updates in Bullhorn.
Work toward defined activity, fill, start, retention, and revenue goals.
What We’re Looking For
Temporary staffing, agency recruiting, high-volume recruiting, or workforce coordination experience is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Candidates from sales, customer service, or other quota-driven environments will also be considered.
A proven ability to meet KPIs, quotas, productivity goals, or other measurable expectations.
Strong phone communication, organization, urgency, and follow-through.
Persistence, resilience, personal accountability, and a team-oriented attitude.
Experience with ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, or comparable platforms is helpful.
