Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. seeks a motivated Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle of talent acquisition in a technical environment.
You will partner with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a top-tier hiring experience, while promoting SEL’s culture and values. You will build strong pipelines, evaluate candidates, and mentor Recruiting Coordinators, with emphasis on confidentiality and process excellence.
