In-House Recruiter
Talentline Services is a full-service staffing boutique specializing in direct hire, contract-to-direct, and contract staffing services. We partner with clients across industries—especially manufacturing, automation, robotics, skilled trades, and engineering—to provide top talent while offering customized, budget-friendly hiring solutions.
We are seeking a motivated and career-driven In-House Recruiter to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in sourcing, interviewing, and placing top candidates for our client base. If you enjoy fast-paced work, building relationships, and helping people find meaningful employment—this opportunity is for you.
Key responsibilities include:
Sourcing candidates using job boards, internal databases, referrals, and social media
Screening resumes and conducting interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications
Matching candidates with roles that align with their skills and career goals
Communicating with clients to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates
Maintaining accurate records of candidate and client interactions in our ATS
Assisting with onboarding tasks and ensuring a positive candidate experience
Collaborating with the sales team to fill open job orders quickly and effectively
Meeting weekly placement goals and earning commission based on performance
Requirements include:
1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or related experience preferred (will consider motivated entry-level candidates)
Strong communication and organizational skills
A team player who can also work independently
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open positions
Familiarity with ATS software and sourcing tools is a plus
High level of professionalism, persistence, and energy
