Wilmington, IL
Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Pay Range: $48,000/year + benefits ( Plans offered: 401K, medical/dental/vision/disability/accidental/life insurance)

We are seeking a Recruiter to drive growth in the Wilmington, IL market. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
What You’ll Do:
Full recruitment cycle and onboard employees for warehouse facility
Partner with managers to understand staffing needs
Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientations
Support employees and act as the point of contact for HR and various duties
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)
Previous recruitment experience (with light industrial is preferred)
Strong people skills – you enjoy building connections
Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in on-site setting
