Our Recruiting & Events Coordinator will own candidate experience from end-to-end, partnering closely with our Talent Team and hiring managers to keep recruiting running smoothly as we scale. You’ll handle everything from interview coordination and candidate logistics to improving the programs, processes, and systems that support Talent Operations.
You’ll also help bring our talent brand to life through recruiting events and other talent initiatives, coordinating the details and logistics that make them successful. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to move candidates efficiently through the interview process
Plan and execute recruiting events from start to finish, including venue sourcing, vendors, invitations, attendee communications, logistics, and day-of coordination
Own the details behind events- budgets, timelines, run-of-show, materials, food & beverage, swag, and other logistics- to ensure a seamless attendee experience
Initiate and contribute to projects that will improve and scale our recruiting processes and programs
Experience coordinating events, programs, or other logistics-heavy projects is a plus
Ability to manage shifting priorities and navigate ambiguity
No problem is too big to solve, and you relish finding creative solutions to improve everyone’s experience.
Planners, color-coding your calendar, Marie Kondo’ing your life, setting up the group itinerary for a trip—whatever it is, you love organization and genuinely enjoy making complicated logistics feel effortless.
You enjoy bringing people together and care about the little details that turn an event from something people attend into something they remember.
