Recruiting Manager

A leading international senior home care company is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Manager responsible for managing effective recruiting procedures, developing recruitment strategies, tracking recruitment data, and creating job advertisements to ensure hires and retain the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline. Responsibilities
Collaborates with supervisor and department managers to determine hiring needs and develop a multifaceted hiring program.
Determines applicant qualifications by conducting pre-screen interviews of applicants; analyzes responses; verifies references; and compares qualifications to job requirements.
Creates, posts, and maintains job advertisements through the applicant tracking system (ATS) database.
Inputs complete applicant and employee information into the home care software and ATS.
Maintains database with accurate candidate contact information and qualifications; ensures all communication with candidate is documented.
Coordinates onboarding experience with the new hire; communicates recruitment process and orientation requirements.
Develops full cycle recruiting strategies to target and recruit candidates from a variety of sources using various techniques including third‑party job boards and industry events.
Tracks KPIs/metrics and utilizes the data to make decisions, remove certification requirement.
Represents company at internal and external job fairs, attends trade shows, conventions, job and career fairs, workshops and other company/client‑sponsored events as necessary.
Qualifications
Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
PHR or RACR certification (or equivalent certification) preferred.
One to three years related experience, preferably high‑volume recruiting; healthcare is a plus.
Experience with recruitment processes, best practices, ATS, and job board utilization.
Success managing client relationships with a commitment to quality and results.
Experience supporting customer needs with a high level of service.
Success in a fast‑paced recruiting environment, preferred.
Ability to pass criminal background screen.
