Job description
Staffmark is hiring a Recruiting Manager for the La Puente, CA team. This onsite role combines recruiting leadership with HR services that support hiring, placement, discipline, and termination. You will also help customers by sharing market insights that inform recruiting decisions while supporting business growth through new opportunities and expanded services. Responsibilities
Apply human resources expertise to source, hire, and place employees who align with customer needs.
Evaluate market trends related to recruiting methods, staffing activity, and competitive wages to support employee selection.
Act as a liaison between the customer and assigned employees, investigating and documenting matters that require intervention.
Identify new business opportunities for the company and explore additional services for current customers.
Strengthen the company’s presence in the local community by building and maintaining relationships and participating in activities with local organizations and community leaders .
Requirements
Outstanding customer service skills
Ethical conduct and thorough, detail-oriented work habits
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong time management and customer-service orientation
Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize across multiple tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
2 to 3 years of similar experience in staffing, customer service, or human resources
Technology
