Job description
Diamond Braces is seeking a hands-on Recruiting Manager to lead recruiting across our growing multi-location dental organization. This on-site role requires travel between NY/NJ offices for training and staffing needs, with ownership of the recruiting function end-to-end.
The ideal candidate will recruit for clinical, administrative, and management roles, coach hiring managers, and ensure standardized processes across locations. On-site in Englewood, NJ with periodic travel.
