Recruiting SchedulerCore ResponsibilitiesInterview Scheduling and Candidate LogisticsCoordinate interview scheduling across recruiters, hiring managers, and panel membersManage calendar logistics for virtual and onsite interviewsMaintain standardized interview communication templatesEnsure timely candidate follow-up and clear interview instructionsTrack interview status and escalate scheduling issues as neededContractor and Independent Worker OnboardingCoordinate onboarding logistics for contractors and independent contractorsEnsure completion of required documentation and access requestsPartner with HR, IT, and managers to support start-date readinessTrack contract start and end dates for compliance awarenessRecruiting Operations and ReportingMaintain accurate ATS data and status updatesSupport basic recruiting metrics and reportingAssist with process documentation and updatesIdentify opportunities to streamline workflowsWork hours: Either 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM PSTLocation: Local candidates are preferred. If converted to a direct hire, the role would move to hybrid (2 days onsite).
