Job description
Cornerstone Caregiving in Findlay, OH is seeking an office leader to recruit and train caregivers and to manage schedules between clients and caregivers. You will report to our local Operating Director and assist in growing and managing the office.
The role involves interviewing and onboarding caregivers, delivering exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers, providing general administrative support, and covering after-hours on-call shifts to keep all shifts staffed.
