ACJ Talent is partnering with a growing recruitment business in Austin that is looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join its team.
This opportunity would suit someone with at least 6 months’ recruitment or staffing experience who is looking to continue developing within a strong, supportive recruitment environment.
The Role
You’ll be involved across the recruitment process, including:
Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
Building and maintaining strong candidate and client relationships
Working live vacancies through to placement
Business development and developing new client relationships
Working towards individual and team targets
What We’re Looking For
Agency recruitment experience preferred
Confident communicator with a strong sales mindset
Ambitious and commercially driven
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Based in Austin or able to commute into Austin
