CESNA Group is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our New Jersey headquarters.
This is a unique opportunity for sales professionals who are eager to build a career in both Business Development and Executive Recruitment.
You will develop relationships with corporate clients, identify new business opportunities, and connect top talent with leading companies across a variety of industries.
1 ~3 years of sales experience
Korean/English bilingual proficiency
B2B Sales, Key Account Management, Executive Sales, or Real Estate experience
Highly motivated by goals, performance, and career growth
Strong communication, relationship-building, and business development skills
Legally authorized to work in the United States
preferred
