$45,000 - $60,000 + $85,000 - $100,000 OTE

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (First year OTE $85,000+)

The Role
Engaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company and role requirements.
Advertising new roles and implementing new candidate attraction strategies.
Connecting with candidates and interviewing to understand their needs.
Providing professional advice on the job market and managing expectations.
Bringing on new business and establishing professional relationships in the industry.
