Spanish Speaking Contract Recruitment Consultant, Miami 33137
InterEx Group is continuing its expansion in Miami and we are hiring Spanish speaking Contract Recruitment Consultants to join our fast-moving sales team in Edgewater.

What You Will Be Doing
Generating new business through outbound sales activity, networking, and market knowledge
Managing and developing client relationships across Spanish speaking regions
Identifying, screening, and placing contract professionals across tech markets such as ERP, CRM, and Data
Driving revenue, building your desk, and contributing to a high-performing team culture
What We Are Looking For
Previous recruitment experience preferred, ideally with a billing track record
Comfortable working towards KPIs and revenue targets
Confident communicator with a strong sales mindset
Motivated, resilient, and eager to progress
