Job description
JD Ross Energy is a specialist recruitment partner connecting engineering and technical talent with organisations powering modern economies. We support energy and critical infrastructure projects from renewable generation and grid transmission to utilities and mission critical assets.
We are currently looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our New York office
The role:
Build long lasting relationships with candidates and clients
Business development, building new client relationships through cold calling, meetings and networking.
Keeping up to date with industry knowledge and mapping out your market.
Finding the best talent in your market by networking, headhunting and other recruitment efforts
Creating job adverts
Negotiating with both clients and candidates.
You will need:
Recruitment experience or transferable skills from another sales industry
Proven ability to build relationships within your market
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
What we offer:
Up to 40% commission, no threshold, uncapped
