About the Role
Our client, a reputable recruitment consultancy, is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Recruitment Consultant to join their operations in Welkom . This role involves managing client relationships and candidate pipelines across various sectors, ensuring successful placements that drive business growth. You will be responsible for understanding the evolving needs of businesses in the Free State region and connecting them with qualified professionals. Key Responsibilities
Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements and company culture.
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact through to successful onboarding.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
Contribute to market analysis and business development efforts within the Welkom area.
Requirements
Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related sales-focused role.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate engagement techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM systems.
