Job Purpose:

The Recruitment Coordinator position is responsible for providing administrative support in a high-volume environment. This position will provide support to our clients by completing tasks including, but

not limited to: interview scheduling, phone screening, job posting, managing shared email boxes, and

various other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Post jobs to various job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Conduct outbound phone screens to potential candidates, both scheduled and yet to schedule.

Accurately record candidate answers and conduct interviews in a professional manner.

Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews by coordinating with candidates and client managers.

Manage shared email boxes and respond to candidate and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Extend verbal and written offers of employment to qualified candidates.

Perform onboarding requests for new hires in company portal.

Assist with other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in an administrative role preferred.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree

Proven interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Consistent professionalism and dependability.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to multi-task and problem solve with a can-do attitude.

Strong computer skills with specific experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Demonstrate ability to apply critical thinking skills.

Ability to conduct multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines.

Access to a quiet work environment free from distractions, with good internet connection and a reliable mobile phone.
