This is a remote position.
We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy recruiter to join our team. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle—especially focused on real estate & bookkeeping hiring.If you are driven to help businesses grow through your passion for placing talented Filipino professionals, while building strong relationships and working independently, we would love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs
Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and more
Screen and interview candidates to ensure skills, fit, and readiness
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Handle salary discussions and offer negotiations
Build and manage a talent pipeline for future hiring
Lead recruitment by improving processes
Track key recruitment metrics and provide performance reports
Requirements
1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably remote including onboarding
Strong background in real estate hiring is preferred but not required
Excellent communication and people skills
Proactive, organized, and can manage multiple roles independently
Tech-savvy — comfortable using and understanding ATS (knowledge in Recruit is preferred) and recruitment tools
Loves to learn and open to feedback
Experience working with global clients
