Run and understand operation of the recut machines. Ability to problem solve issues related to the position.· Read and understand spec sheet and production orders to set-up machines correctly to produce a quality product.· Measuring, calipering, and checking the overall quality of the tolerances per spec sheet.· Understanding all machine operations to cut the product to spec sheet/customer specifications.· Identifying quality deficiencies and ability to identify and perform corrective action.· Ability to communicate finished product on production order.· Comply with safety regulations/procedures and maintain clean and orderly work area.· Must be willing to accept and receive supervision and assistance with regard to machine set-up and other essential tasks assigned.· Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend and twist throughout the work day.Workplace Values: Our values are the driving force in how we think, act, and communicate. Starting rate of pay is $28.82/hour.
