Location: Troy, OH
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift | Sunday - Friday
May have to train on 1st shift for a week

Requirements
6 months to a year of tugger, sit down forklift, and warehouse experience
Able to lift 50+ lbs.
Job Duties
Picking up cardboard and taking it to the recycling compactor.
Unloading recycled materials.
Safely operating a tugger and/or sit-down forklift.

What You Will Do
As a Recycling Associate you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.
The Recycling Associate supports warehouse productivity by safely moving materials throughout receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas. This role requires organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.
A successful Recycling Associate understands inventory handling, warehouse procedures, material movement, and product identification while maintaining accurate inventory flow and efficient daily operations. Dependable performance contributes directly to operational success.
