Recycling Line OperatorLOCATION: Hazelwood, MOSCHEDULE: 3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AMPOSITION TYPE: Full-TimeCOMPENSATION: Competitive hourly pay based on experienceABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYCPAY Staffing & Recruiting is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for a Recycling Line Operator position with a growing manufacturing company in Hazelwood, MO.This is a hands-on production role working within a recycling operation where safety, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential. If you enjoy staying active throughout your shift, operating equipment, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Equipment OperationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all timesMonitor and understand basic machine functionsIdentify and report equipment issues, inefficiencies, or safety concernsAssist with production processes and material handling activitiesForklift & Material HandlingSafely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facilityLoad, unload, and transport materials as neededFollow all safety procedures and operating guidelinesDocumentation & ReportingRecord production output and operational dataUtilize computers and production systems for documentation and reportingMaintain accurate production recordsTeam SupportWork closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goalsFollow instructions and adapt to changing production needsPerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious manufacturing, production, warehouse, or recycling experience preferredForklift experience preferredAbility to perform basic math calculationsAbility to use basic hand toolsStrong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak EnglishReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 40 pounds regularlyAbility to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shiftAbility to work in varying plant temperatures, including hot and cold conditionsAbility to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environmentBenefits401(k)401(k) Company MatchHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time OffEmployee Referral ProgramWHY APPLY?This is an opportunity to join a stable manufacturing operation that values safety, teamwork, and reliability.
